Agreement Overview

By purchasing any of the hosting packages from Thinkers Arcade, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all hosting plans currently offered:

5GB Hosting – KES 2,000/year

10GB Hosting – KES 2,500/year

15GB Hosting – KES 3,000/year

20GB Hosting – KES 3,500/year

25GB Hosting – KES 4,000/year

35GB Hosting – KES 4,500/year

Email account creation

Easy file and domain management

SSL on request (free or premium)

Domain Registration

Domains can be registered through Thinkers Arcade at the following annual rates:

.com / .net / .org – KES 2,000

.co.ke – KES 1,500

.biz – KES 2,200

Thinkers Arcade is not responsible for domain loss due to late renewal. Renewal reminders are sent via email/SMS 14 days before expiry.

Billing & Payment Terms

Full upfront payment is required for annual hosting.

All fees are non-refundable once the hosting account is activated.

Invoices must be settled within 7 days of issuance.

Accepted modes: M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, or Paybill.

Resource Usage Policy

Hosting storage is allocated per package and must not be exceeded.

If your usage surpasses the allocated space, we will recommend an upgrade.

Automatic weekly backups may be provided, but clients are advised to back up their websites regularly.

Support & Maintenance

Free technical support is available for:

cPanel access

Email setup

FTP, DNS, and domain issues

Web design changes or plugin errors are considered outside standard support but can be handled by our design team under a separate Scope of Work (S.O.W).

Acceptable Use Policy

Clients may not use hosting services for:

Illegal content

Adult or explicit material

Phishing or spamming

Resource abuse that affects server performance

Violation will result in account suspension or termination.

Account Suspension

Accounts unpaid after 10 days may be suspended.

Repeat overdue invoices may result in termination.

Suspended accounts may incur a reactivation fee of KES 500.

Renewal & Expiry

Renewal notices are sent in advance.

Domains and hosting not renewed within 14 days after expiration may be deleted permanently.

Clients are encouraged to renew early to avoid service interruption.

Limitation of Liability

Thinkers Arcade will not be liable for:

Loss of data due to client-side error

Downtime caused by third-party software/plugins

Revenue loss due to expired services
However, we commit to providing prompt technical support and reliable infrastructure to keep your business online.

Policy Updates

Thinkers Arcade reserves the right to modify these terms and pricing. Clients will be notified of any major changes via email or website updates.
